My vision for Mothercare Aotearoa is to provide nourishing, physiologic, mother-centred care. Every mama and whānau deserves to be held and supported through the rite of passage that is pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

While my main focus is postpartum, the work of preparing ourselves for motherhood begins during pregnancy, perhaps even the conception phase. Ideally, we will work together during your pregnancy to plan the most nourishing postpartum possible.

This will require you to go within and truly understand your needs and desires BEFORE you enter the postpartum space. I can say, without a doubt, that the work you do preparing yourself both emotionally and physically for postpartum will be some of the most valuable work you will ever do, laying the foundations for an empowered entry into motherhood.

I am here to support you on that journey, Mama x
